Approved by the State Council, the company is jointly established by the Ministry of Water Resources of the People’s Republic of China and the People’s Goverment of Beijing Municipality to implement the decisions and plans the CPC Central Committee and the State Council enacted on water rights and its trading market. Transactions may include regional water rights transactions, water intake rights transactions, and irrigation water users' water rights transactions.
